Michele is a self-confessed succession nerd and is very active in the succession and elder law industry helping her maintain her knowledge and a healthy appreciation for the modern complexities of both areas of practice.
Michele has devoted her practice almost exclusively to succession and elder law and has gained extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions including Queensland, New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory. Michele shares her passion of all things succession and elder law by writing and publishing updates of cases and articles from around the country that deal with all aspects of wills, estates, retirement villages and aged care and is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences and community engagements.
Known for her technical expertise, patience and compassion, Michele is sought out by clients and colleagues who seek advice delivered in a clear and pragmatic fashion. Michele can assist with all matter types; no matter how simple and procedural or complex and unique.
Michele is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is a world-wide professional association for practitioners dealing with family inheritance and succession planning.
