Stephanie Saint James combines her eight years of experience in Wills and Estates with a practical commercial approach, seeking the best possible outcomes for clients across their estate law matters.

With a particular interest in complex estates, Stephanie helps clients to ensure their estate planning strategy reflects their intentions and family circumstances.

She knows comprehensive succession planning helps achieve outcomes for families in estate matters. She has firsthand experience of how effective estate planning and administration can minimise or avoid disputes and litigation.

Stephanie also assists clients when disputes arise, providing focused and commercial advice about how to negotiate, litigate or use alternate resolution methods.
