Les works in commercial litigation and is a partner in the firm, which he joined in 2001. He is one of only 22 lawyers in Queensland to be formally recognised and accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a commercial litigation specialist.
Prior to joining the firm Les had extensive general practice experience in commercial transactions (business sales and purchases, company share sale agreements), property (leasing, land sale and purchase), family law (property settlements, contact and residence, domestic violence), crime (assaults, stealing, sexual offences, torture) and personal injuries litigation (motor vehicle, slip and fall, workers’ compensation, criminal victim compensation).

In addition to commercial litigation experience, Les also has extensive experience in:
Advising on and acting for industrial, commercial and residential real estate agents on compliance with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 and recovery of commission.
Negotiation and documentation of agreements for the sale and purchase of Allocated Places under the Aged Care Act.
